SALES REPRESENTATIVE - BUCHAREST, SECTOR 1

Main responsibilities:
  • Promoting and selling the company’s services to dealers, service centers, and SMEs in the automotive industry;
  • Efficient management of the entire project lifecycle, from identifying business opportunities, negotiating and signing them, to providing support and training in the implementation and operation of technical solutions;
  • Clearly presenting the commercial and operational benefits of the solutions to clients;
  • Identification and cultivation of new partnerships and business relationships to support the expansion of the client portfolio, as well as the establishment of strategic alliances;
  • Delivering personalized training on the use of the platform;
  • Maintaining active and constructive relationships with existing clients;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and proposed solutions;
  • In-depth knowledge of products, services, internal processes, and organizational structure;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the market to identify trends and new growth opportunities;
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing support and account management.
 
Knowledge:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
  • A degree in engineering; specialization in automotive engineering is considered an advantage;
  • Competitive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to exceed targets;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently;
  • Category B driving license.
