MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER - BUCHAREST

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define marketing and communication strategy and the yearly activity plan;
  • Create, execute and manage marketing projects and campaigns;
  • Define and manage the brand and product communication strategy using a variety of online & offline media to increase brand awareness, product sales and market share;
  • Lead the communication process and become one of the key contact point with creative partners and external teams/agencies;
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
  • Plan and execute new product launches;
  • Is responsibile for establishing and managing marketing budgets;
  • Develop analysis and gather information to support plans / strategy development and help market recommendations that drive business results;
  • Monitor and analyse products performance (sales volume vs cost, stock and lead time) compared to targets and brand objectives and propose corrective actions, by introducing relevant promotional solutions;
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI;
  • Analyse category, competition, market trends and opportunities for the brand.

 

Knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing, Advertising, or related field;
  • Proven experience in marketing management (brand/product/digital/category);
  • Extensive and proven experience in planning and overseeing marketing campaigns;
  • Proven project management skills and strong knowledge of brand building activities, with a strong retail and in-store marketing understanding, preferably within retail luxury goods;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights;
  • Excellent understanding of the business environment;
  • Ability to think strategically and to demonstrate sound decision making;
  • Flexibility, problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple campaigns;
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability under pressure and attention to details;
  • Advanced English level;
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
