LOGISTICS & INVENTORY SPECIALIST | ON-SITE | PANTELIMON, BUCHAREST

Role Summary

The Logistics & Inventory Specialist is responsible for coordinating and monitoring goods receipt, stock movements, inventory accuracy, and warehouse-related operational flows across internal and external locations. The role ensures accurate system transactions, timely issue resolution, and effective coordination with warehouse partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor physical goods receipt activities across internal and external warehouses.
  • Track receipt transactions in the WMS and ensure the correct generation of UDS/UDP labels in line with operational requirements.
  • Monitor the correct application of pallet labels and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Monitor customer inventory across warehouse locations and help maintain accurate stock visibility.
  • Coordinate pallet transfers between warehouse sites and track execution through to completion.
  • Review and verify operational reports received from external warehouse providers.
  • Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate stock variances until closure.
  • Support the validation of logistics services invoiced by external warehouse partners.
  • Maintain clear operational communication with customers, warehouse providers, and internal teams.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics, inventory control, warehousing, supply chain, or operational support roles.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with ERP and/or WMS platforms is an advantage.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and prioritization abilities.
