JUNIOR RECRUITER - BUCHAREST, SECTOR 1

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes professionally and on time, from client briefs to winning shortlists;
  • Quickly understand role requirements and translate them into effective candidate profiles;
  • Turn role requirements into perfect candidate profiles and post ads on recruitment platforms and professional networks;
  • Actively source candidates, screen CVs, and evaluate based on specs;
  • Provide feedback to clients regarding shortlisted candidates;
  • Provide clear feedback to clients and candidates, schedule interviews respecting tight deadlines;
  • Keep the recruitment database updated and organized.

 

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Human Sciences);
  • Minimum 6 months of experience (preferably in HR or recruitment) - enthusiastic entry-level welcome!
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills;
  • Results-oriented mindset, high attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive initiative;
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable for assigned responsibilities.
