FINANCE MANAGER - PLOIESTI

 

The Role:

  • Develops and implements economic policies aimed at optimizing resource utilization, budget construction, implementation and execution of cost control measures, in compliance with the legislation in force;
  • Manages all financial forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast), monitors and analyzes the variations between results and forecast/budget;
  • Controls and coordinates the cash flow of the plant (capex, inventories, overdue);
  • Supports the manufacturing operations with accurate and timely information;
  • Overseeing unit tax and financial statements;
  • Advising company managers on operations activities based on knowledge of the underlying business;
  • Deployment of company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard assets and reduce fraud;
  • Coordinates the resolution of requests for financial and other information requested by third parties (audit firms, other institutions, and companies with which the Group has relationships that require this);
  • Coordinates the subordinated team: identifies and strengthens training needs, evaluates employee performance, and participates in employee career management initiatives.

 

Knowledge:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial accounting field;
  • Minimum 2 years in a team management role;
  • ACCA/ MBA/ CPA desirable;
  • SAP working experience, advanced in Excel;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking;
  • Ability to provide real support in business decisions;
  • Determined and result-oriented person;
  • Good people management skills; ability to delegate, correctly guide, and motivate the team in implementing decisions.
