ENGLISH TEACHER - NATIVE SPEAKER, BUCHAREST

 

Requirements and skills:

  • Previous experience as an English teacher;
  • Native English speaker;
  • Ability to create lesson plans and apply modern teaching techniques;
  • Easily adaptable and willing to learn and develop continuously;
  • Desire to transform learning into a relevant and meaningful experience;
  • Ability to listen to and understand children’s needs;
  • Ability to communicate empathetically with children and parents;
  • Problem-solving attitude;
  • Intuition and proactivity;
  • Ability to find the right balance, showing patience and understanding.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons using a variety of differentiated and modern teaching methods appropriate to the students’ academic level and individual learning needs;
  • Create a safe, supportive, and flexible learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic growth;
  • Foster students’ ability to work both independently and collaboratively in group settings;
  • Establish and enforce appropriate student behavior standards during classes and school-related activities;
  • Actively participate in extracurricular activities, such as field trips, workshops, and school events;
  • Continuously encourage students to explore and develop their interest and proficiency in the English language;
  • Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and regulations.
