E-COMMERCE MANAGER - BUCHAREST

Responsibilities:

  •         Leads the development of the E-commerce Channel, in line with the overall company strategy in order to meet the agreed sales objectives;
  •         Develops and delivers the E-commerce strategy;
  •         Manages e-platform development;
  •         Performs data analysis on web traffic and other key metrics;
  •         Ensures the E-commerce site is user-friendly, intuitive, and optimized for search engines;
  •         Uses appropriate marketing channels to support loyalty marketing initiatives;
  •         Suggests new strategies to increase brand awareness and digital campaign performance;
  •         Designs and launches E-commerce projects;
  •         Oversees the development and implementation of E-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising to ensure conversion of potential customers into orders, according to yearly sales target;
  •         Ensures active implementation of the online sales and online marketing strategy;
  •         Analyses E-commerce data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance;
  •         Develop and manage the E-commerce budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively;
  •         Manages the relationship with the external creative agencies to deliver campaigns and projects;
  •         Create and present regular performance reports.

 

Knowledge and skills:

  •         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing or relevant field;
  •         Advanced English language skills (both written and spoken);
  •         Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  •         Excellent knowledge of marketing / digital marketing, e-commerce specifics and performance marketing;
  •         Thorough understanding of standard online metrics and terminology;
  •         Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
  •         Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices;
  •         Strong analytical and project management skills;
  •         Ability to think strategically and to demonstrate sound decision making;
  •         Flexibility, problem-solving skills;
  •         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  •         Strong work ethic, adaptability under pressure and attention to details.
