DIGITAL PLATFORMS SPECIALIST - BUCHAREST OR ATHENS

Job purpose

The Digital Platforms Specialist will be the centre of expertise for digital business services. The Digital Platforms Specialist implements digital services to deliver solutions for professionals at all touchpoints. The Specialist also drives local adoption and success of digital services within the cluster by creating awareness and delivering training.

The Digital Platforms Specialist is responsible for the implementation and proper functioning of the various digital service platforms deployed globally, including local CRM platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with sales teams to understand and drive the digitalization strategy of sales channels within the cluster;
  • Implements and deploys digital services to support the company’s partners in the cluster;
  • Serves as Key User for the platforms and CRM systems;
  • In close cooperation with the sales team, proactively drives internal adoption of Digital Business Services and helps develop the sell-in story where needed;
  • Supports the sales team in customer-facing meetings (with major customers) to showcase the value proposition of the platforms;
  • Supports the sales teams in driving the adoption and usage of the services by customers through activation programs;
  • Provides technical support to the sales team and customers to address systemic technical issues, either leveraging own expertise or escalating to the relevant regional teams;
  • Connects with relevant regional teams and provides feedback on local specifics to ensure that the globally developed digital services integrate effectively into the local digital ecosystem, creating a strong and coherent environment;
  • Continuously improves and proactively suggests enhancements to relevant cluster and regional teams;
  • Responsible for the implementation and proper functioning of the various digital service platforms deployed globally, including local CRM platforms;
  • Leads the development and activation strategy for digital business solutions, working closely with sales teams to drive improvements;
  • Works across team boundaries (marketing, sales, supply chain) to ensure that relevant platforms deliver on agreed objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Mandatory fluent in English;
  • Native in Romanian (for Bucharest) or native in Greece (for Athens);
  • Solid background in Digital Marketing, CRM, or related digital functions;
  • Proven functional (not technical) expertise in digital services or CRM (UX);
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to implement a project from A to Z;
  • Action-oriented. Takes initiative, entrepreneurial, able to hit the ground running and move projects forward from the start;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in influencing, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving;
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
