DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST - BUCHAREST, SECTOR 1

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will drive and execute digital marketing initiatives for an innovative company operating in the automotive services and mobility ecosystem. The role focuses on lead generation, campaign optimization, and digital growth, working closely with the sales team and external marketing partners.

 

Main responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
    • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including editorial planning, publishing, and coordination of visual assets.
    • Develop and adapt marketing content for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and presentations.
    • Coordinate and manage external digital marketing, creative, and PR agencies, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and campaign performance.
    • Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs such as lead generation, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
    • Continuously optimize the lead generation funnel in collaboration with the sales team.
    • Manage and improve marketing tools and systems including CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and lead capture mechanisms.
    • Use AI tools and automation solutions to improve marketing efficiency, research, and content creation.
    • Propose and test new campaign ideas, growth experiments, and performance improvements. 

 

 

Your Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media and social media.
    • Hands-on experience in planning, launching, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
    • Experience collaborating with external agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actions.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Proactive and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
    • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
    • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for productivity and content generation.
    • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
