DIGITAL BRAND MANAGER – BUCHAREST, SECTOR 1

Your New Role

As a Digital Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing the brand’s digital presence while delivering engaging content and impactful campaigns. You will also foster partnerships, monitor emerging digital trends, and implement strategies that drive measurable business results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Presence Management: Build and maintain visibility across emerging digital channels, ensuring consistent and impactful brand positioning.
  • Content Development & Monitoring: Create and oversee engaging digital content, focusing on digital launches, and track performance across platforms to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Digital Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with digital partners to strengthen brand reach and enhance collaborative opportunities.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyse digital media trends to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and optimize audience engagement.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and deliver measurable results.

 

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on emerging digital channels and partnerships;
  • Proven track record in managing brand presence across digital platforms (websites, social media, etc.);
  • Experience creating engaging content for digital launches and enhancing brand perception online;
  • Expertise in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with marketing goals;
  • Strong ability to identify and cultivate strategic digital partnerships;
  • Excellent analytical skills to monitor and interpret digital media trends and performance metrics;
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English and Romanian, with the ability to convey brand messages clearly and persuasively.
