Finance Business Partner - BUCHAREST

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Review business reports, including: monthly performance reports containing actual revenues/expenses, CAPEX, and operational data;
  • Review monthly forecasted data in terms of revenues/expenses and CAPEX;
  • Provide support to business in annual budgeting process;
  • Prepare supporting information for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Identify variances between actuals and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period and prepare reasonable explanations supported by facts;
  • Correlating information in multiple reports and provide reasonable conclusions and analysis;
  • Provide accurate and timely deliverables;
  • Collaborate with finance sub-functions and operational teams for tactical initiatives/actions.

 

Knowledge and skills: 

  • Master's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance;
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance/controlling; familiarity with local GAAP and preferably IFRS is needed;
  • Experienced in budgeting processes;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced in Excel);
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong problem-solving and an ability to think creatively and generate solutions;
  • Effective communication skills and assertiveness;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Experience in operating virtual teams across regions.
