FINANCE TRAINEE - BUCHAREST

Our Finance Trainee role is a full-time schedule, 2-years contract, with a start date as soon as the most suitable candidate is identified. There is a high possibility and wish to continue the collaboration for a long and successful career once the Trainee program is concluded.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares the necessary documentation for opening, updating, maintaining and closing bank accounts;
  • Prepares the documents necessary to carry out bank transactions or other papers required by the bank for various situations;
  • Assists in reviewing documents for payment approval;
  • Prepares various analyses and reports requested by management;
  • Assists colleagues in the Finance Department with the preparation of information requested by auditors (balance confirmations, bank statements, payment confirmations, etc.);
  • Processes information and documents with the utmost care and confidentiality;
  • Is responsible for the efficiency, quality and correctness of his / her work;
  • Keeps the confidentiality of the data he / she has access to.

 

Knowledge and skills:

  • Student in the final year or fresh graduate (Economics /Financial studies);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Advanced in English (both written and oral);
  • Previous experience in a similar position is useful and valued;
  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills;
  • Driven by continuous learning, ability to work within the team;
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset;
