SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - Bucharest

Responsibilities:

-         Monitors, evaluates and identifies key customer needs and requirements;

-         Develops and improves the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives in line with company targets;

-         Establishes new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;

-         Initiates and coordinates communication between key customers and internal teams;

-         Manages all operational and logistic aspects in the relation with customers;

-         Ensures the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;

-         Reviews and resolves any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust;

-         Assesses and prepares regular reports of progress/sales/stock and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;

-         Prepares promotional plans per customer in line with company strategy;

-         Implements planned sales offers, promotional and commercial activities;

-         Prepares strategic customer meetings and negotiations and range planning;

-         Initiates and develops creative business solutions to identify gaps and potentials;

-         Establishes communication with international customers on HQ level, reviewing business flow in close relationship with International Key Account Managers;

-         Leads, develops and directs strategic steps of the Field Sales Reps to optimize the assortment matrix per channel to increase distribution;

-         Executes online channel development strategy;

-         Drive additional activities on top of agreed ones, for the purpose of increasing sales and visibility;

 

Knowledge and skills:

-         University Degree;

-         5+ years of experience in the sales field in electronic consumer goods segment;

-         Excellent presentation and communication skills;

-         Flexibility, problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple assignments;

-         Ability to anticipate and meet diverse and challenging requirements;

-         Excellent organizational skills;

-         High energy level, positive thinking, efficiency and politeness;

-         Strong team player and strong ethics;

-         Ability to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment;

-         Advanced level of English;

-         PC literacy and MS Office;

-         Clean driving licence;
