PLANT CONTROLLER MANAGER - RâMNICU VâLCEA

The Role:

  • Manages the financial aspects of controlling operations in order to guarantee and optimize the financial performance of the plant;
  • Develop, execute, and control internal financial procedures, including the authorization of expenses, in accordance with the Group's procedures and policies;
  • Manages all financial forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast), monitors and analyzes the variations between results and forecast/budget;
  • Manages the reporting process ensuring compliance in terms of reliability, consistency, transparency, and compliance with deadlines;
  • Ensure the reliability of the calculation of standard costs;
  • Provides all necessary control analyses, including analysis of standard variations/costs, margin/programs, plant budget control, and tracking sale and purchase prices;
  • Collaborates with the Regional Service Center (shared service) to obtain/provide/validate appropriate financial information;
  • Controls and manages the operational cash flow of the plant, especially the cash flow coming from investments, receivables, and debts;
  • Controls and coordinates the cash flow of the plant (capex, inventories, overdue);
  • Coordinates the resolution of requests for financial and other information requested by third parties (audit firms, other institutions, and companies with which the Group has relationships that require this);
  • Participates, with the plant management, in the elaboration of action plans resulting from relevant analyses in order to achieve operational objectives, increase the financial profitability of the plant and optimize cash (especially the identification and implementation of productivity plans);
  • Coordinates the subordinated team: participates in the recruitment process in order to hire the appropriate staff; identifies and strengthens training needs, evaluates employee performance, and participates in employee career management initiatives;
  • Has the role of Manager in SAP- GV.

 

Knowledge:

  •         3-year experience in a similar position;
  •         Minimum experience of 2 years in production;
  •         Master Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance;
  •         Strong experience in financial control, reporting, and budget control;
  •         Local and international accounting knowledge (IFRS);
  •         Good PC skills and advanced Excel knowledge;
  •         Independent user in SAP, Magrite is a plus;
  •         Fluent in English;
  •         Analytical skills and strategic thinking;
  •         Ability to provide real support in business decisions;
  •         Determined and result-oriented person;
  •         Good people management skills; ability to delegate, correctly guide, and motivate the team in implementing decisions;
  •         Strong organizational skills.
