EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - BUCHAREST

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  •         Provide ongoing support on various administrative activities;
  •         Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments;
  •         Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, minutes, memos, presentations and other documents for the CEO;
  •         Provide support on protocol, travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodation;
  •         Receive and analyse incoming memos and emails and distribute correspondence;
  •         Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
  •         Prepare and review documents, reports and presentations;
  •         Organize company events, such as workshops or meetings;
  •         Is responsible for maintaining the relationship with the authorities;
  •         Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information;
  •         Find new ways to improve administrative processes.

 

Knowledge and skills:

  •         University Degree;
  •         Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
  •         Advanced English level;
  •         Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  •         Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  •         High business ethics and respect for confidentiality;
  •         Attention to details and ability to plan and organize specific activities;
  •         Integrity and analytical thinking, the ability to make quick and correct decisions;
  •         Ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.
