CRM SPECIALIST - BUCHAREST

 

Responsibilities:

    • Plans and implements CRM strategy;
    • Manages and coordinates customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling and retention activities according with the company's strategy;
    • Develops and monitors customer loyalty programs, in strict collaboration with the Marketing Department;
    • Designs and implements customer segmentation strategy and concept;
    • Constantly monitors customer reports (current portfolio structure and main portfolio KPIs evolution) and drives initiatives;
    • Designs, coordinates, implements and monitors sales campaigns, including CRM supportactions, online sales campaigns (end-to-end digital campaigns);
    • Monitors campaigns performance and proactively recommends and implements improvement measures; promotes campaign results to internal stakeholders within the
    • company;
    • Creates campaigns and build lists for multi-channel campaigns, including email, direct and online sales, SMS;
    • Evaluates campaign results and monitors ROI of campaigns;
    • Collaborates and manages projects with internal and external parts to meet campaign milestones/objectives.

 

Knowledge and skills:

    • University Degree;
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
    • Experience with CRM platforms;
    • Experience in implementing and optimizing campaigns;
    • Previous experience as a Digital Campaign Specialist (agency or in-house) is a plus;
    • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices;
    • Strong analytical and project management skills;
    • Good English language skills;
    • A positive, energetic attitude.
